LXE guarantees our equipment with a warranty covering repairs to equipment that is faulty or damaged in the course of normal use in the first year of ownership.

LXE System
All LXE equipment is warranted for one year (excluding batteries, 6 mos.) after date of shipment in accordance with LXE's standard Product Warranty. This is a return-to-depot repair warranty and includes phone technical support to help you with any system questions you may have.

If you elect to enroll in ServicePass, you will receive additional services such as priority service, on-site support if necessary, etc. over and above depot repair services included in your warranty.

Scanners
LXE warranties all scanners for two years.

If, after your LXE warranty expires, you would like quicker turnaround time on repairs you should consider a ServicePass contract. If you do not want to purchase a ServicePass contract and you want LXE to handle the repairs, you must issue a Purchase Order when you call for an RMA.

Most LXE Products do not have user-accessible components. Any unauthorized repair or servicing of these Products will result in voiding the warranty.

Repaired/Upgraded Equipment
Repaired and upgraded equipment is any LXE Product that has been returned to the LXE Designated Service Center for service and returned to you in working order. Repaired and upgraded equipment has a 90-day limited warranty on the work that was performed.

Wireless Coverage
LXE warrants, for a period of one year from the date LXE performs a Site Survey that, from any location within the wireless coverage area, your properly functioning wireless computers will be capable of bi-directional communications with an AP.

This warranty is valid provided your LXE system is configured as specified in the Site Survey Report, and System Certification and Testing has been done by an LXE Field Engineer, and no changes have been made to your facility since the Site Survey.

If your LXE system is covered by ServicePass or you have a PMI on an annual basis, this warranty will be extended as long as you continue these services.

Wireless (RF) Interference
LXE warrants, for a period of one year from the date LXE performs a Site Survey, that the Message Success Rate will not degrade below specified levels due to external radio frequency interference.

This warranty is valid, provided your LXE system is configured as specified in the Site Survey Report, and System Certification and Testing has been done by an LXE Field Engineer.

If your system is covered under ServicePass, or you have a PMI on an annual basis, this warranty will be extended as long as you continue these services.
